Thanh Nygaard works as Senior Consultant in Strategy and Innovation department at one of the biggest IT companies in Norway. In her free time, she advises and mentors startups and scaleups in business development, digital and global strategy.
Although Thanh had gained extensive management level experience in Asia, she did not have an IT background before moving to Norway. Since moving to Norway, she has successfully pivoted into working in technology-related projects. She is working in a field that combines business and technology, with a particular focus on how digitalization impacts organizations in terms of value creation, productivity, and profitability. This field often involves understanding and leveraging technology solutions to optimize business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
