Navigating life as an educated but unemployed immigrant in Norway

In this easy to read article published in the World Association for Psychosocial Rehabilitation (WAPR) Bulletin, our research team at Inter-Nationals explore the complex cocktail of reasons why educated immigrants in Norway remain unemployed or underemployed for a long time. This is despite scoring high on various wellbeing and employment/productivity indexes. The article also highlight the multidimensional consequences of this unemployment problem.
